Slow Flow Yoga

Details: This class is suitable for both beginners and those more familiar with Vinyasa style classes. Slow flow yoga brings the element of time into the practice allowing a student to both learn the poses and evaluate when, or if, they should modify a pose.  The pace of this class may be slower but it will still challenge more experienced practitioners of yoga by giving them time to refine and strengthen each pose without feeling rushed into the next move.
