Details: This class combines cycling and weights.  Instructors have freedom to change your ride with intervals on and off the bike!The combination of cycle and rowing give you a complete full body workout. Rowing requires the use of all major muscle groups- legs, glutes, core back and arms. Enjoy the many benefits of indoor cycling and rowing while having a blast in a lively atmosphere set to great motivating music. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and no experience is needed.
