Location: Group Fitness Studio
Details: A 45-minute class containing various styles of Cardio--ranging from Tabata, HIIT, Step aerobics, Bootcamp, and Cardio circuit--focusing on increasing the heart rate to help with strength, stamina, and endurance.  Additional core work and cool down at the conclusion of the class.
