Location: Williamson/Spring Hill Room
Details: In this class props such as blocks, blankets, chairs and bolsters are used to accommodate tightness and injuries. This teaches students how to properly hold poses for a longer period of time using correct alignment. The instructor uses a combination of Santosh/Iyenga methods.
