A full body workout! Start in the cycle studio with a fun 25-minute cardio ride set to your favorite beats, focusing on leg strength and cardio endurance. Then move to the Group Fitness room for a 45-minute fun and energetic strength training session using a variety of equipment that works the upper body and core! Non-seniors and beginners welcome! |
